📜 TERMS OF USE & PRIVACY POLICY

1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") have been concluded electronically between smmgold.com ("Platform") and the user who becomes a member of the site and benefits from the services ("User").

By registering on the Platform and/or purchasing services, the user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement.

2. Service Description

smmgold.com offers intermediary services for increasing digital engagement (followers, likes, views, etc.) on social media platforms.

The services offered are intended solely for visibility enhancement; no guarantee is provided for organic growth, permanence, or full compliance with platform policies.

3. Membership and User Obligations

● The user acknowledges that the information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date. ● The user is entirely responsible for the security of their account. ● The user agrees not to use the Platform in an unlawful, misleading, or harmful manner to third parties.

● The user is responsible for verifying that the relevant social media account is public before placing an order.

● The Platform is not responsible for errors that may occur if more than one order is entered into the same link (link) at the same time.

4. Terms of Service and Disclaimer of Liability

● smmgold.com does not guarantee exact delivery times for any service. The specified times are estimated.

● The Platform is not responsible for any decreases, deletions, or losses that may occur due to algorithm changes, updates, or policies of social media platforms.

● smmgold.com assumes no responsibility in cases such as account suspension, closure, or restriction.

● The services provided may be delivered through third-party service providers. Therefore, delays, incomplete deliveries, or cancellations may occur.

5. Pricing and Payment

● All service prices are calculated based on 1,000 (1K) units. ● The minimum payment amount is 5 TL.

● smmgold.com reserves the right to change prices and service content without prior notice.

● Payments made can only be used as balance within the Platform.

6. Return and Cancellation Policy

● No cash refunds are provided for payments made.

● Once an order is placed, cancellation or refund requests are not accepted.

● In case the order is not completed or is completed incompletely, the system automatically refunds the balance.

● In cases where the service provider does not make up for declines are non-refundable.

● In case of chargeback, fraudulent paying or fraud attempts, the user account is permanently closed and the necessary legal process is initiated.

7. Protection of Personal Data under the GDPR

smmgold.com acts as the data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (GDPR).

The following data may be processed:

8. Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages

By becoming a member of the Platform, the user is deemed to have accepted the sending of emails and SMS for campaign, announcement, and informational purposes.

The user has the right to stop receiving these messages at any time.

9. Service Suspension and Account Closure

smmgold.com reserves the right to suspend or completely close a user account in the following cases:

● Suspicious transaction detection ● Fraud or misuse ● Actions threatening system security ● Violation of terms of use

10. Right to Change

smmgold.com reserves the right to amend all provisions of this agreement without prior notice.

The updated terms become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.

11. Enactment

The user is deemed to have accepted this agreement from the moment of registration on the Platform, and the agreement enters into force.
